1. Personally, I dig what Marvel has done so far and think its the right way to do it. Not to mention that Iron Man was incredible, and The Hulk was almost as good. I also liked how they were able to exist in the same universe; the Tony Starks cameo at the end of Hulk was sweet. So, that's my two cents, I'm all for a JLA movie AND a third Batman-but only if they have a workable idea that will stand up as well as Begins and Knight did.

My only beef with JLA would be Batman, because awhile back, I remember reading they wanted to re-cast everyone. I liked an idea Kevin Smith had about re-casting Michael Keaton-as an older, wise, Batman-that way there is no confusion, and he also happens to be arguably the best next to Bale.

2. I would like to see the JLA movie, however, it would be nice if it could be a bit diverse similar to the cartoon series. But if not, then at least add characters like Vixen or Black Lightning from the comics to round out the roster.

3. What I think DC should do is make the JLA movie...but, do it a different way than what Marvel is doing. Make a JLA movie, but at the same time make the Single Character films. So, a total of 6 movies...Basically, doing what Jackson did with Lord of the Rings material. The only way I could see this being done is with 6 different directors working together and shooting at the same time. With an executive director who oversee's all six movies to then direct the final JLA movie. Then each main character gets their movie made to introduce the character (Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, etc) Then in the Final Film...mix all properties with the JLA Film. Also, I dont think anyone should be recast (IE: Batman, Superman...or even Green Arrow from the upcoming movie supermax) Batman already has his Character film, but his character in the JLA film could be the same way he is portrayed in the JLA cartoon series...he comes and he goes...or he is just in the background doing his detective work....I dont know...just a thought

5. I prefer Val Kilmer to Keaton as Batman. Even though his Batman movie sucked. But the problem I had with the Justice League film, as proposed is it all had new people in the roles and it did not seem to be linked to anything. I do think having a shared universe that feeds off of established films is a good idea. But with DC, their have a problem with Superman films being all over the place. They need to fix his storyline with the next one. And they should build up some of the other characters with their own films before they do a Justice League.

I would rathr see a World's Finest movie, first, with Supermand and Batman teaming up that introduces some of the other heroes in Cameos. Then they go off and do Justice League.

Hello. id have to say i agree with both Dan and James Hudnall on how to build the road to a justice league flick. first of all i hated the idea they had originally with a whole new unkown cast that looked too young to play heroes in their prime. Heres my thought, i think the solo films should come first, not only that but take place in the same universe as you call it with the batman franchise Tim Burton and Richard Donner started. what i mean is we do what bryan singer does, forget failed projects like Batman & Robin and superman 3 & 4. give Green Lantern, Flash, Wonder Woman, etc. their solo films first, and like James Hudnall said, possibly make a World's Finest film with Batman & Superman. and i like Dan;s idea of havin Micael Keaton if hes up to it or val kilmer, or even Christian Bale. thats just my opinion. if they take the same road as Marvel, it all could work out. thats just my opinion.

7. If they do a JL movie, the movie really should give us the older, middle-aged Bats who serves in the mentor capacity towards the younger members of the League. This wouldn't tread on the BatNolan-verse, which is meant to chronicle the early years of Batman and his gallery of arch enemies. Don't give us another version of a young Bruce Wayne/Batman, Warner Bros.. That will only lead to brand confusion and dilution.

8. I agree with what Dan is saying Marvel is doing the comics justice. Well at least Iron Man. Hulk was good but really it is going to be hard to show him how He would look. X-Men have been great first two that is. Fantastic four have not been the way I would have liked to see them. Alba is to young for the Invisible woman. I would like to see Marvel reboot FF too just like they did with Hulk as for Spidy well we all know that is doing well. Again not the third films.

Now onto DC I think WB Time Warner needs to give DC there own movie studio to work with just like Marvel has right now. The people that work at DC know the story's so get them to work more on the projects.

WB should put out a Green Lantern movie. I think rumor is that it will be Hal Jordan but I would like to see John Stewart more. Ten years ago I would have said get Will Smith to play him I think He is to old now some one else could do John Stewart instead. Plus if you really want Hal in the movie He could play Parallax more of a fan of him in that form any way.

Green Arrow is another one that would be great to see. I would want some one older to play him. Like how Robert plays Iron man and is older is what you would want to do with GA.

Aquaman would be hard to do seeing as when you think of him you think of some one dumb. But if WB was to do him He would also need to be old heck in his upper fourtys and ripped. That would be hard find some one like that. Plus Atlantis would have to be in the movie plus a lot of shots would have to be filmed under water.

So Aquaman is a pass. I would say Flash to I don't want a funny movie. No Plastic man either.

I know a lot of people would like to see a Wonder Woman movie I my self would pass on that one and take Zattana instead. Plus a Raven movie could be great and dark too.

If Superman is to get a reboot you need a really powerful Lex seeing as in the Comics He really is bad. May be even make him the President or if not him have Brainiac as the bad guy.

Captain Marvel might be good. I am not the greatest fan of his though.

Give the Demon his own movie that would be cool to watch.

Hawkman or Hawkgirl could be a good movie. May be even put them in the same movie.

Mantian Manhunter could be really great. The movie would be heavy with CGI but if you could make it look real it could turn out really great.

Another way WB could do a movie is if they make an Outsiders movie. People would know Nightwing and Arsenal may be not the rest of the group. But if not that you could always give Nightwing and Arsenal there own movie.

Starfire could also be great to see. Plus guys would go see the movie just to see what she has on.

Teen Titans could be another good movie just as long as it is not a childish movie. PG-13 all the way.

As for Justice League may be later down the line right now I want to see more of the other DC characters by them self or in another cross over like the Outsiders.

9. I think Marvel has it right, they make stand alone movies to introduce the characters and then they can hit the mat running with the Avengers movie.

Doing JLA first just means two hours of introductions and exposition.

11. even though i like dc way more then marvel, i'll admit that marvel is doing good by making solo movies first. dc should do that too =] and in my opinion the justice league should be made out of batman (of course), superman(only make him more realistic, he's too SUPER), wonder woman(again, more realistic), green arrow, flash, hawkgirl, martian manhunter, and maybe green lantern. and yeah it would be a way better idea to make it all one universe.

14. Bryan Singer and his writing buddies proved that they understand how to translate the medium of comicbook source material into the medium of film. They also proved they know how to handle a large cast of characters faithfully and broadly flesh them out. All the XMEN movies grossed well and were critically successful. Put these guys on JLA. Give them the budget that they need and most importantly the time and resources that they need to get the job done right, and the JLA franchise will gross itself into the top 20 of all time successful films.

15. 1. Xmen came before wolverine, although the avengers may be taking the solo to group path its not been marvels only direction.

2. teh best way to pull this off. start with a JLA origon story so to speak, have them younger and how they all meet and learn to work togther to stop a common enemy. cast tom welling to get some backing, and then you can bring in some younger people to play others.

the movie cant be aimed just at the comie geeks, or you wont get enough money back to keep the story going. it wasnt the comic geeks that made TDK a blockbuster it was everyday joe blow .. so younger, sexier JLA may help introduce them, with supes and bats pulling people in to introduce them to some of the less popular superheros....

i think they should look at the smallville approach to JLA you already have a fanbase, and some characters introduced. use that as your stepping stone.

Need good stand-alone films: Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, ok Flash (but I honestly don't care about him) Green Arrow (a little too green centric but a good character- I like the Max idea) I'd say put Canary in there too. Zatanna? might be hard to do but good-- possible. All you really need is Wonder Woman and Green Lantern though in good movies to raise awareness and then give Supes a good 2nd go and make it put his abilities to the test FX-Fest! Justice League? you make it a Nolan-like origin of how it had to come about. Put Martian Manhunter on a crash course with Earth to find their champions and there you go. Batman? re-cast recast reecast. What does it matter if you don't even see Bruce??

17. Nolan's Batman has no place in a JLA film. It created a reality independent of other superheros and super powers. Its a real world where real things happen. Marvel is going to have the same problem with Thor. Super beings and demi-gods wont really fit in the world that Iron Man and The Hulk have established, but Im sure they can pull it off. If DC wants to do what Marvel is doing, they're going to have a tough time.

18. For me it all boils down to what the Justice League actually is: the world's greatest heroes coming together to face challenges that they couldn't possibly handle alone.

It seems silly to make a movie about those heroes teaming up when audiences (i.e. the superhero-ignorant movie-going public) are unfamiliar with them.

Everyone knows Superman and Batman. Most people know Wonder Woman and maybe the Flash. But guys like Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Martian Manhunter aren't established outside the comics and cartoon community.

I mean all people really think they know about Aquaman is that "his superpower iz talking 2 fish!!1~ hur hur hur!!1`1"

He's the King of Atlantis and he can kick your ass--and he deserves a flick to show that off before being in a JLA movie.

Whatever Marvel's doing, they need to re-boot Spiderman. They suck so bad now. Put some less-known villains in there, such as:
Chameleon
Kingpin
Hobgoblin

Remake 'em. Don't use all the good villains in the first movies. Save up, make GOOD stories.

20. DC needs to make each of the JL council members first (Superman, Batman, WonderWoman, GL, Flash etc..). They establish in each movie the watchtower and how they build and join it. Then make the JL movie and how they recruit and do all kinds of JL stuff
